Tony Solomon, age 54, of Baltimore, pleaded guilty yesterday to federal charges of conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, related to his participation in a conspiracy to distribute cocaine and/or fentanyl in the Monument Street area of East Baltimore. U.S. District Judge Ellen L. Hollander also sentenced co-defendant, Cheyenne Ellison, age 39, also of Baltimore, yesterday to five years in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for his role in the conspiracy.
