I know who’s going to get the “second“ pardon Biden signs.
Don't know about that. He is still running for the Senate as an Independent and could cause the loss of that seat.

Emily C. said on Outnumbered today that those counts carry a minimum of 20 years which is why the Feds have such luck making plea deals.

Curious who he pissed off. Democrats typically commit blatant crimes they don't even try to hide, and don't even get investigated. Joe Biden has done WAY worse than Bob Menendez.

Yup. I said pretty much the same when the whole Menendez spectacle came up.

Maybe he wasn't setting aside 10% for the Big Guy.

There are so many crooked Senators and Congressmen that are corrupt crooks that they should build some cells in the basement of the Capitol so they could serve their sentence right there and be released on their honor when the vote is called for.

I've heard that there IS a cell or lockup in the basement of the Capitol.

Not in Jersey. I think the Dem still has like a 10 point lead.
Latest 538 poll shows Kim up by 7 over Bashaw, that was at the end of June. They don't even consider Menendez and crook or not he might put some drag on the split.

To me it sure seems like he is dead to rights 100% guilty. From what I can see, it seems undeniable.

Yet he is adamant in his innocence. Why? Usually at this point he ought to just give it up.

Well, if he gave a crap about the people he represents he would. But if he did care you would have thought he wouldn't continue with his graft after the previous brushes with the law, but he isn't a good guy. He only cares about his pockets, doesn't think the Senate can muster up 2/3rds for expulsion and might just keep his seat.

And as long as he the very type of crook his constituents want fleecing them, then who are we to argue?
