Let me just say I used them for all my pool needs (quite an expense over the years) until they did some work they (the installers) admitted wasn't correct and the owner refused to make it right. His last words to me as he was leaving were. OK take me to court.

Seems to be a common issue in that line of business. We've had multiple issues with Scotts Aquatics as well as Anthony & Sylvan. We've moved on to Stevenson's, so far so good.
