U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Merrick Garland is reportedly one of several persons under consideration to serve as the attorney general for the next Democratic administration.

NPR reported the development on Friday morning, citing “two people closely following the process,” but did not provide additional information.

Tyson Foods hired Eric Holder to investigate a claim that some managers of the mega chicken slaughter wholesaler, placed bets on how many employees would become ill with CoVid.

Seems to me like a private eye could have done the same for less than 10% of Mr. Holders fee.
So, beyond firing and sticking their heads on a pike, what else will Tyson do with the managers? As poorly conceived as this dark bet was, are the managers white??? Is the staff of chicken pluckers composed mostly black or illegal hispanic undocumented workers? Will the investigation reveal federal violations committed by Tyson?? Shirley you jest.

Now, who comes to mind for a new Attorney General??? Its a win win...Tyson cleans its hands of having racist managers, then, promotes progressives to management positions, ERIC is Superman, just in time for his new position, and probably earns like 45 bazillions dollars for his efforts at Tyson.
