Hit-and-run: Someone driving a van ran over a man in the 2500 block of Elvans Road SE yesterday morning, then turned around on the dead-end street and ran him over again before leaving the scene, D.C. police said.
The victim, who had not been identified last night, was dead when police arrived after 5:45 a.m. Police said they had no more details about the van. Anyone with information about the case was asked to call police at 202-727-9099.
