We have been having a ton of issues with Metrocast internet recently. Our connection is horrific and will drop many times a day. We called in and they suggested we replace the splitter running between our Modem and TV which we did (mind you this has been working fine for several years)...this did not fix the issue...their help support is pretty bad. We are in the Great Mills Area. Very Frustrated. My husband has a bit of a technical backgroubd and has tried some trouble shooting....just wondering if anyone else is having this issue and knows of a fix for it
