Really wish the President would stop encouraging the mexicans to come here illegally and start enforcing the laws. Instead they go after border agents using drug dealers as witnesses.

...that the border partol guys did screw up; drug dealer or no, they shot a guy who was running away and tried to cover it up. If so, they gotta be held responsible for their actions.

Now, to me, given who this clown was, I would hope a competent judge would say "You boys are naughty. That'll cost yah a days pay and three Hail Mary's and two weeks on the firing range. Now, Mr. Drug dealer/coyote guy, it seems you've stolen government property. We want our bullet back and the only reasonable way to be sure of that is to run you through a blender, see what else you're might be hiding. SLAM"

lets all send them pictures of the illegals that are a few thousand miles inside of our border.
if thirty feet is a problem for them, they really would have to be understanding in our attitude toward them being so far into our border.

I say we pull out of Iraq and use our resources to take out mexico.

Earlier in week I caught the tail end of a Fox News article that proposed that the cover up of the shooting of that Mexican drug smuggler - was winessed by as many as 6 - 8 other Border Patrol agents.

It wasn't just the 2 guys who are imprisoned at the moment, who were at the scene. The above article bears that out.

Also, it appears that Border Patrol supervisors were at the scene too.

Now, the question begs to be asked: What was covered up? By whom and why?

OK..it is OK for Mexicians to build tunnels under the border to smuggle drugs and people, but NOT OK for the US to build a barrier?

The mongols were shorter so it was easier to build a wall that could keep them out. In America, we call it a curb.

also, the mexicans are loaded up on refried beans, its not like they would have an issue propelling themselves over a fence or wall if the need were presented to them.

The Mexican drug runner whose testimony sent two Border Patrol agents to prison for shooting him in the buttocks brought drugs into the United States more than once, thereby diminishing his credibility as a witness in the investigation, according to a California congressman.

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Calif., presented new evidence in a Capitol Hill press conference Wednesday that revealed what he says was U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton's deliberate attempt to mislead the public about Osbaldo Aldrete-Davila's involvement in the transport of a second load of drugs in October 2005.

Psst/ahem: While the U.S. Attorney, John Sutton was affording - Immunity - to the Mexican drug smuggler, Osbaldo Aldrete Davila, in order to testify against the two Border Patrol Agents, he was busy trying to smuggle 752 lbs of of pot into the U.S.!!!

Something does not smell right here(no pun intended).
