It's probably not smart to say you would punch a former president if you bumped into them, but that hardly seems worth of a secret service visit.

I don't know much about Rourke's personal life, generally as an actor I think he isn't bad. If Trump took pot shots at him unsolicited then he might deserve a punch in the mouth. Though given Rourke is a long-time hollywood type I assume he started the spat.
