I am a big fan of windows phone, even their lowest end $50 phone runs smoothly, the OS is simply beautiful.
The biggest problem it has had is what has been called the app gap, but now MS is making it easy to recompile apps to run on the upcoming windows 10. Turns out the version of Candy Crush is the iOS version running on windows phone. I seriously think this can be a game changer.
