Mid size Propane tanks...who has them in stock?

I am getting a bit worn out hauling my 100 lb tank...yet I see tha prices have climbed across the board for all sizes. (No surprise there!)
Who is stocking decently priced 30-40 lb tanks? Tractor Supply has a few but they seem pretty pricey. Lowes' shows their stock is cheaper...but cleaned out.
3 Mules? Sneade's? True Value? ...I am in a little pinch because the attendant refused to fill my 100 lb tank because he said it was out of date. That does hack me off.

I thought I saw 30 lb bottles at Tractor Supply. But I'd try an RV dealer.

I think I saw some in the California BJ's a week or so ago, back near the aisles of water and drinks. Didn't look at prices.
