Supposedly the "new" section of Billingsley opens tomorrow. I can't wait to see whether I have to make two turns to stay on Billingsley....

They've also closed off the portion between Smallwood and 228 - don't know why, it's not necessary for what they're doing.

Milddletown is open tonight, at least where it meets Billingsley. The "new" portion of Billingsley leading up to Middletown isn't open, however.
