I thought that once,

but the reality is that I kept buying up over the years, and the house I have now is valued at 800,000, I bought it for 91,000 in 1986, so, my payoff is not that much, and with the equity going to the down payment, I can buy the new one and only finance 300k.

I will be the poor person on the block.
