Your right, She does'nt but here parents, agent and photographer do !!!! A 15 year old "child" was taken advantage of !!!!
Might not have been Wrong....But there is a fine line between "wrong and inappropraite" and I think that line was crossed.

I agree Miley has no need to apologise for this picture ,any more than Jon Benet Ramsey should have apologised for dressing and acting like a grown woman and being pushed into beauty contest after contest.
Someone talked her into taking off her clothes and posing with her back disrobed.
It wasnt necessary and it isnt art. These photographers know how much skin they can get away with and they will push the limit, its up to wiser heads, usually on the parnets to see that prurient pictures of their children arent taken.

If you've seen the photo, it looks like something from Sex in the City..
What I got from it was the suggestion of post sexual contact.. the only thing missing from the picture was the cigarette.
Maybe she's trying to communicate to her fans that she's not a virgin and it's ok if her 13 year old fans aren't either..

I agree that a line was crossed.
On one had I realize that she would be showing more skin while swimming at the pool, but that photo was shot with the intention of enticing people.
I dont see anything really wrong with the photo as is, however I tend to think that going for a specific look to bring about a certain response as in this case could almost be classified as child pornography.
that being said, I dont think she did anything wrong, or that she showed an inappropriate amount of skin, but it was obvious that she was supposed to look sexy.
or, maybe Im just a pervert and need to be checked in to the local monastery where I will study to become a priest or something,,no wait, then I would have to be gay, are there any non gay pervert priests?

She's a child. An immature, too used to fame, child. I know my kids hate me to say that. Got two soon to be sixteen year olds, and a fifteen year old and they hate me at times. BUT THEY ARE STILL CHILDREN!

I dislike it when my daughter wears spaghetti straps, she's boy crazy now. The older one could care less (not really but hiding it well). They change clothes when I tell them to change clothes. They don't go to the mall alone. We talk at dinner time. It gets heated sometimes with the girls, somehow their teachers have convinced them they have a say in my house. That idea gets squashed quickly when it's brought up. It may be an immoral world but I'm not gonna stand by and let my girls be exploited by some smooth talking popular dude. Guess I'll be cleaning my sword when he picks her up and brings her home.
I just think this picture was wrong at this time. When she was 18 and out of my house, fine, I'd chalk it up to one of those mistakes young adults make, have a discussion about where her career was heading and be done with it. Her Dad knows the trade and should have known better.
Just my 2cents.

This Miley Cyrus photo shoot is nowhere near what Brooke's photographer, Gary Gross and Brooke's mother accomplished. She was only ten at the time and she was photographed completely nude.
