WASHINGTON (AP) — U.S. military forces around the world will no longer be required to get the COVID-19 vaccine, after the mandate was lifted under an $858 billion defense spending bill passed by Congress and signed into law Friday by President Joe Biden.

There is no mention whether or not this applies to the thousands of Civil Service and Contractors as well. And there is no mention whether or not the military that was fired over the mandate will be reinstated or not. Or, whether or not they will have back pay if they are reinstated.
