:jameo: I typically don't care for either breed but that's a cute pup!

Is there any way you can make the pic bigger?

the pup looks so scared. Tail between the legs gave it away. I hope they can find someone to take him/her in so they don't have to result in turning the dog into the shelter.

I took a better look the dog doesn't have a tail but a nub and the nub is pointed downwards from what i can tell. still the dog has the scared look.

I don't think they'll do that. They love animals so she'll be there until she finds a good home. They already have two small indoor dogs and an incredibly busy schedule This is just one pup too many.

that is good news that they will keep the dog til she finds a good home. I am glad to hear it. :)

She wasn't very well socialized at the Amish farm where the girl bought her, then to come in to a household of other animals...I'm sure she's intimidated.

oh ok. hopefully things will get better in days to come for the pup. I here amish don't treat there animals nicely either don't know how true that statement is as I have never spent the day with the amish to see how they really do treat there animals etc.

When they got the previous saints for the store they got them from the amish and the pictures i saw were of the mothers and the pups all put in a small cage with no space to move etc and all the other females were in cages all lined up in a row each in there individual small cage. I personally think that is mean but they don't apparently and they don't consider the dogs part of there family they are only there to make them money. They didn't get her any of her shots either we had to do it all as the amish don't believe in it (that is what I was told).

Amen. When I finally get rid of the husband, kids, dogs and my new feral cat:)banghead:) I'm gonna keep entirely to myself and close my ears and eyes.
I know. She's 16 and felt sorry for pup. She's fantastic with animals and is always saving them or nursing them to health or raising different things. Not long ago she hatched two duckling eggs. She has a great heart.
I completely understand... but it explains the puny look of the pup.

By default you agree with what the Amish are doing by supporting their business and giving them a reason to continue breed for money. Where there is a demand, there shall be a supplier.
