Misfits Market

I started using Misfits Market during COVID to get fresh fruits and vegetables. Then summer rolled around and I could go to the farmers market.

I happened to take a look at the site about a month ago and discovered they carry a lot of goodies now. Meat, Seafood, Dairy, baking goods and pre-made meals.

In case anyone is interested, I have found the meats and the portion sizes to be awesome and most of what I get, I haven't seen in any of my grocery stores.

They even had the Lamb Sausage I couldn't find. (Ironic part is it comes from a meat company in Landover, MD)

If you like to use an air fryer, the Chicken Breasts and pre-marinated Loin Pork Chops are perfect.

The prices have been cheaper than Safeway or my local butcher shop.

The wife used Misfits for about 3 years. She dropped it just about the time they started carrying meat. Towards the end the veggies were arriving with visible signs of spoilage. I do miss the panettone she'd regularly get.

We've been using Butcher Box for about 2 years now.

Giant carries it at Christmas time, both large and individual sizes, and pretty sure I saw them at Aldi too. Yeah, I know, not there on a regular basis when you want it...

I made a couple of different fillings and injected them.
