I am not sure how to write this post but, I will start by saying that my name is Lori. On September 27 (Early Saturday morning - like 2 am) one of our cats escaped from our townhouse, it was late Friday night/early Saturday morning. Our cat was last seen at the townhouse in Pickett’s Harbor Court in Cedar Cove by Gate 3 of PAX NAS. At the same time, we have been moving to a new house; Lexington Park to Piney Point.
There is a little story behind these two cats and it means a lot to me. My grandmother had these two cats; Muffie and Jeffie, both sister and brother. Well when my grandma passed away she gave them to a good friend of hers. Well her good friend had them for a couple years and for medical issues she had to give them up. She asked me if she would like to have the two cats and quick as anything I was on my way up to Connecticut to pick up Muffie and Jeffie.
Since the disappearance of Jeffie, we have posted fliers around the neighborhood asking for assistance in searching for him. He has been an indoor cat for his entire life. He is mostly light orange and dark orange with a white chest, there is also 3 white or very light orange rings on his tail and his paws/toes are also white. We estimate his age to be 7-8 years old, within "normal" weight range. He does have a bad left eye so his tears go down the side of his nose. His front paws have been declawed and he is neutered. I have attached a picture to this post.
Thanks for any help in this matter.
