Adam Montgomery is charged with assaulting his missing daughter, Harmony, back in 2019

New Hampshire authorities have arrested the father of missing 7-year-old Harmony Montgomery in connection with a 2019 assault against the child.

"Adam Montgomery, age 31, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was arrested on January 4, 2022, in Manchester," authorities announced in a news release Wednesday morning.

The arrest stems from a warrant for one charge of felony second-degree assault, as well as one misdemeanor charge of interference with custody, and two misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of a child pertaining to Harmony Montgomery, according to a joint statement from New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella, Hillsborough County Attorney John Coughlin, and Manchester Police Chief Allen Aldenberg.

Don't know whether this guy is guilty of harming the little girl or not but neck and face tattoos alone should be grounds for the death penalty.

Harmony Montgomery's father repeatedly punched the 5-year-old in the face, killing her, then moved her copse around for months to hide his crime, investigators allege in a newly unsealed police affidavit obtained by Fox News Digital.

Adam Montgomery, 33, of New Hampshire, allegedly hit his daughter in the face and head at least three times over the course of a few minutes on the morning of Dec. 7, 2019, because she kept having accidents in their car.

"I think I really hurt her this time. I think I did something," Adam Montgomery allegedly blurted to his estranged wife, Kayla Montgomery, 32.

I would put all the parents and step-parents involved in this to death. That girl's mom knew what was going on and she let it happen, so she's just as guilty. The step-mom, the step-dad - they all knew. Strap 'em to the chair.
