There didn't seem to be that option with AA. My sibs, who are more well-traveled than I am, said you have to d/l the app, so I did.You have your boarding pass either emailed or texted to your phone. Contained in the message is a bar code. When you approach the ticket agent, have the bar code on the screen. The agent can scan it right off your phone screen.
