Walmart had better software than most PDs and casinos....
If you are tresspassed by Walmart in VA it will flag security to you across the country at all Walmarts and Sams clubs.

My guess is that there were more people trying to pull out their cell phones to get it online the fastest rather than assist the injured person. Such is the society we live in today.

They had a clear picture of her face. They just ran it thru the visual recognition database that doesn't really exist yet.
