Its hilarious that you won't find many Steny re-election posters anywhere in St. Mary's but, if you take a stroll up towards Charles (Waldorf/Brandywine) they are peppered EVERYWHERE. Gotta follow those base voters!

I am not a judge of where Steny should go when he passes on and finally leaves the House, but I believe I am a fairly good judge of where he doesn't belong when he is on this earth, and that place is not in the House of Representatives. I want him gone but he will stay until he dies because he owns the reservation vote in PG and Northern Charles.
So the question is, if the House Dems get shellacked in Nov like it currently appears they will, does Steny (and also Nancy) throw in the towel and not run in 2024 or do they keep running? I can't imagine that they will keep leadership positions.
My guess and HOPE is that Nancy would finally bow out. At that point she would have to see the writing on the wall.
