I just found this on StMarysToday.com....

LEONARDTOWN --- (Oct. 27, 2005) An early morning crash on Rt. 5 at Moll Dyer Road came just one week before Halloween. Moll Dyer Road is named for Moll Dyer, a legendary witch in St. Mary's history of the supernatural, but the pull of a vehicle down off the highway and into a utility pole could have had more to do with speed, driver error or even alcohol, all of which are the normal causes of wrecks on area roads during the bewitching hours. The United States Park Police Helicopter Eagle One was answering the call for help but got diverted leaving Trooper Seven of the Maryland State Police to rush two of those involved in the wreck to a trauma center. One patient was reported to be suffering from head injuries while the other had hip, chest and limbs which were injured. A third person hurt was taken by ambulance to St. Mary's Hospital until another chopper can be obtained. Leonardtown VFD and Leonardtown Vol. Rescue Squad along with Second District rescue personnel were on the scene and aiding those hurt in the 1:00 am crash. Sheriff's deputies report that the wreck caused a telephone pole to be snapped in half.

UPDATE--- As of 12:30 pm, there was no report of any fatalities in this wreck, according to St. Mary's Sheriff's Cpl. Mike Butler. More on this wreck later....

anyone know who was involved?
