Montana man suing for return of father's frozen head

When I read the title line, I was thinking he was suing because it was returned to him and he didn't want it....

if this is one of those 'cryogenic' preservation deals ... it is cheaper to store the head.

some time in the far future the had can be attached to a donor body and brought back to life

“They do have Ted Williams there, but I think he’s frozen in parts,” said David Tappeiner, Kurt Pilgeram’s attorney, referring to the legendary Red Sox player being preserved at Alcor’s Arizona headquarters. “It’s kind of like sci-fi.”
