Note, nowhere in the Constitution does it say that a majority of principal officers will write "anonymous letters to biased rag newspapers."

If there were any validity to this op-ed, they would follow the Constitution. They are not, thus, the simplest answer is there is no validity to the op-ed.

Two things about the left - and lies.

One is the consequence of a lie. Did you have two scoops - or one? If you lie - no normal person gives a sh!t.
Did you order the drone strike - oh - a lie THERE is relevant. Did you order your staff to destroy their phones?
That kind of lie is relevant.

I get over two hundred work related emails a day, and some days even more.
I have to write rules to sort them, or I will miss relevant, important emails, because I get so many.
Did I get my boss's last email?

Two - if I say no - and I find it, in my junk mail folder - the left will SCREAM *LIE*! *LIE*!
It's a mistake, and of no consequence. My weekly meeting is an hour - *LIE*! *LIE*!
It typically lasts 20 minutes - yes, but it is scheduled for an hour. SO? STILL A LIE! What are you hiding?

This is what pisses me off about the left - any statement that doesn't square precisely with facts - OR THEIR OPINION -
is some kind of lie worth executing people over. If I forgot about an inconsequential meeting with no one of importance -
YOU LIED! What are you hiding? Quick, the name of the Russian lawyer they met with? You don't remember?
Why do you think THEY would, since it lasted all of about twenty minutes, nothing happened, and was one of HUNDREDS?
Who else was there? DON'T LOOK IT UP. Who else? You read about it. Who else? If you MISS a name, I'll call you a LIAR.

Ok? The meeting was *pointless*. At least two attendees went on record saying they never wanted that kind of stupid ass
pointless meeting again.

But people like YOU think, they should remember every detail - because I assume - you don't have meetings with people
twenty times a day for years on end. THIS one, every one should remember.

So - I don't give a sh!t. This has been scrutinized a million times to Sunday, and it's nothing.
By this time in *WATERGATE*, hearing were held, evidence brought forth and a President resigned - and had been pardoned.
What do have on Trump? Bupkis.

All of which had consequence and were completely intentional. Otherwise they would have corrected their mistake after the first bit of misinformation
