I can see the FCC's point with the fines. The FCC seems to be targeting Stern because of the explicitness of the talk. He uses ordinary language to talk about sex, not a code like other radio talkers. The Greaseman recycled the same five or six bits over and over, but he did have a way with sexual code: "habadogee," "snarlin' gnarlin'," "hydraulics," "Shangri-La."
