On Tuesday, a Peterson attorney launched a Web site seeking public donations to help pay for his defense.

The site said: "For the cost of a few cups of your morning coffee, you can help to ensure that Drew can afford to support his ongoing legal defense, find his missing wife, and divert any remaining funds into a trust for his children."

Authorities have called Peterson a suspect in his wife's disappearance, but he has not been charged. Peterson has said he thinks she left him for another man and is alive.

Not yet. I just think it's weird (ok, the whole thing is weird..) that he puts his kids last in the string of things.

I think he's doing a very big CYA because he knows he is going to be charged sooner or later especially once the final results of his 3rd wife's death reinvestigation are completed. They will get him for one if not both of these deaths. I just feel so sorry for those poor children. He is basically all they have left and if he goes to jail I don't know where they will go. Stacey's mother is missing as well.
