So the nity grity is, a 28 year old single white mother gets pulled over for "failure to signal" because she "fit the profile", "A white woman in a rental car". Cop searchs her for drugs during the traffic stop by sticking his finger in her vagina. Then you have I.A. investigators that have personal relationships with some of the officers involved, but that isn't a conflict of intrest according to them.

Not surprised considering Albany's Police Reputation.

A member of the Citizens' Police Review Board, who spoke on condition of anonymity because only the chairman is authorized to make public statements, said some members of the board have privately suspected that the department may be hiding cases of police misconduct.

Generally indicates someone with an axe to grind, or someone who has been outvoted by the rest of the board, or someone who gets their rocks off knowing they submarined someone's career anonymously.

Having said that, the charges (if true) require deliberate and appropriate response from the City. Proving them true or false is the hard part.

If that was my wife (I know, this lady was single) or daughter, ect....that cop would be explaining his actions w/o his badge on. I hope he gets what he deserves...loses his badge/job and gets sexual assault charges. He will be lucky to just be living if he ever has to encounter her dad

To be honest I have never heard of a policeman in today's PC world who would cavity search a woman and I dont think I have ever heard before of a white woman in a rental car being the subject of a profile in a drug case. They may shuck and jive this one down at police headquarters,but if this woman sticks to her story, somebody's azz is going to swing.
