This blows, they were warned years ago when the original plans were approved that a blitzkrieg implementation wasn't efficient or sustainable. When these nuckleheads ever listen?

Envirowhacko's are ignoring the truth.
Green just aint cutting it.

The windmills killing birds and whales and aren't putting out enough current to pay for themselves, The Solar panels are taking up food land , nothing will grow beneath them and they go bad after 10 or 15 years and have to be replaced a, and we are digging and mining and destroying the earth looking for batteries that will go dead and need to be replaced and present a hazard when they go bad.

It's time to stop dreaming and wake up and smell the roses, and get back to drilling and refining, using Natural gas and Fossil fuels.
It's also time the Media woke up and stopped being woke .

So if DeLorean owners converted to time travel, that's a mere 66 cars @ 1.2GW. Hardly enough to consider worthwhile.

Follow me on this one. let's say we use the the windmills to power an offshore desalination plant and we pump fresh water from off shore to Lake Mead. We then let this water flow downhill to keep the Hoover dam turning and water California. Do I get a prize for killing two birds with one windmill.

Andy Harris has demanded a stop to windmill construction pending study of whale deaths. Apparently there have been a few whale deaths along the east coast with one washing up on the Eastern Shore.

Kinda coincidental with the report on losses.

Although, I have always thought the low frequency vibrations were bad for the marine life.
