Let's go Brandon!

Here's the thing, though:

Will that get him more votes? I'ma say no because those kids were already going to vote for him. If they vote at all, which they probably won't because it would tear them away from TikTok and YouTube and, you know, their drugs.

So who's greasing his palm to push these bailouts through? The colleges? So they can get paid and not get stiffed by kids who spent $200k on a Womyn's Studies degree?

🤔

Harry Sission of the Biden Youth Brigade is pushing HARD, sucking up that DNC Money

As I see it GenZ will do what TikTok tells them ... a certain portion are headed for Trump because of Feminist Dating with GenZ girls going harder left

If they can be bothered to go stand in line, Beta Cucks / Male Feminists MAY follow the girlies to the polls looking for social clout ... but I do not see a lot being engaged

I had cancer treatment ten years ago with an old outdated type of radiation.

If someone now gets a new cutting edge type of treatment i will be furious!

Well, perhaps you’ll get a new kind of cancer. Then theyll give you the new radiation.

Oddly enough - at best it will be a push. Because the young or people struggling with student loans are ALSO the people struggling with the crap economy as it pertains to the middle and lower class.

And I qualify that because it is abundantly evident that, if you have enough money, and you have lots of investments, and your monthly expenses are WAY below your income - this economy does't hurt you at all - and in fact, you might be enjoying it.

For the REST of us, having virtually EVERYTHING be 20-40% higher - higher interest rates - slow wage growth (in the middle class) - this has been a time of raiding retirement and savings - weathering the high interest rates - dealing with obscene cost of gas - groceries staying high -

Just damned near everything costing more - no, they're not going to like it.

If you're rich, eating out costing 25% more isn't a big deal at all. Health care costs? Invisible. IT - DOES - NOT - AFFECT - THEM. They're as tone deaf as all those rich Hollywood types promoting "stay-cations" during the pandemic, while they luxuriated on their estates - not realizing that the bulk of Americans were stuck inside their apartment building, hoping the stores didn't run out of toilet paper.

So, with this ridiculous analogy that is not applicable to the topic at-hand....and in order to clarify your opinion on the matter and correct it.
Are you saying that you are OK with Big Daddy Biden giving out wads of cash to previous college students who paid off their loans? Since your analogy seems to indicate that BOTH people involved actually received a benefit.

Do you really think this is a smart gotcha question?

Cuz it's barely a question it' so stupid.

Did you get mad at Trump when he sent out Pandemic relief funds? Or did you happily cash yours?

Only two things are stupid regarding this. The first being the analogy that you tried to pass off as being relevant to the topic. The second being your response to my post in which you do not actually attempt to explain the meaning of your analogy OR answer the question I posed.
Here... let me make your comment make sense for ya'

"I had cancer ten years ago and paid for my own treatments with outdated radiation.

If someone now gets a new cutting edge government sponsored and paid for type of treatment, i will be furious!"

Most recent polling would suggest that youth are either turning against Biden - or are as indifferent as they TYPICALLY are during elections. For decades, the left has tried to "turn out the vote" and yet statistically, they just don't bother to show up.

You have to consider the point of view of youth, especially first time voters - they only know two Presidents. They know that money got tighter during the current administration. They JUST HAVE the two to compare. From their point of view, Biden's administration has been bad for them.

So - I think they'll take the money and vote for Trump anyway - or stay home.

You’re really stupid. Biden didn’t do anything.

This is part of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and it’s been around for nearly 10 years, signed by W.

Work in public service, make monthly payments for 10 years and apply to have the rest forgiven.

The vast majority of applicants for forgiveness are denied.

It will not win him votes, in fact, in pisses off more people than it benefits.

I went to MD U, graduated in 04, got some work help, paid out of pocket and took out an $18K loan. I busted my hump to pay that off and when it got down to just under 3K, my grandmother gave me the balance to pay it off. If I remember right, it was like @2450 and I was so happy to finally get that paid off.

I was lucky, in the fact, that my student loan had an interest rate of under 2 percent, but I refinanced out of the Federal program to get that rate. That is the problem, most with common sense will to get a better rate.

The colleges get paid up front, doesn't mean they aren't greasing the palm so it keeps up though.

Colleges are hurting right now, they were stupid enough to think enrollment was going to keep going up even though the number of students that are are going down due to demographics. Add the remote learning explosion due to Covid to that then the news about idiots that paid 100k for a womens study degree being useless their enrollment is way down. There are even a few colleges that had to shut down entirely.

My oldest son, a damn near straight A student, snubbed his nose at college. He had older friends who graduated and couldn't find a job. Believe it or not, many PA schools in the USA are having graduates going 6 months without a job now. They say the market is so saturated with experience that they don't need to hire recent grads.

Anyway, he went to trade school. He is an electrician and my youngest is in the elevator union. Both make 6 figures and now live together to save even more money. They JUST moved in together 2-weeks ago. My youngest was over in Virginia and the condo he was in the last 4-years is now being sold.
