Looks like rain stops in about an hour and the windy conditions with gust up to 47 are then pushing through... more fun to come for sure.

Heard my neighbor running his tractor, opened the garage door to see what he was up to. My driveway was about a foot under debris from his dead oak tree, and he was cleaning it up. The amount of trash caught me, didn't expect that. So the two of us had it cleaned up in a few minutes.
