I think we get them from Nigeria and Pakistan, mostly. There are laws in the US and people can be tracked - outside the US they can do whatever they please and there's no recourse.

I love BlackIce.

Besides, if someone hacks into my computer, what are they going to do? Play NASCAR SimRacing?

My Compaq is for DVD Video, PVR recording, NASCAR SimRacing and network printing only. And you're stupid if you try to print to my printer - sure you're wasting my toner and paper but I get free toner and free paper :killingme

Yeah I used Black Ice buck in the days of Win 95 and Dial up ..... the Zone Alarm - BI was nice because if it detected an attack it would Reverse DNS the IP and I would have some idea then where the attack had come from

These days i sit behind a NAT on a Linksys Router ( Cable Internet ) so I have never been bothered since ..... but I do run Kerio Firewall from Sunbelt Software .... b4 that Outpost From Antigum ..........

Tiny Personal Fire Wall was an interesting product as well

We've reverse scanned the majority of our attacks too. Then we hacked back in and all we found on the offender's computer was PVR recording software , NASCAR SimRacing games. Man are they bad at NASCAR.

Oops. :lmao:

BTW, SimRacing is the worst NASCAR videogame ever released. Even worse than "1995 Season"
