STAFFORD, Va. -- A woman accused of nearly starving her 2-month-old baby was ordered held without bond and her attorney said he would seek a psychiatric evaluation of the mother of at least 10 children.

"This lady does have some problems, which are probably behind this conduct," George Marzloff said Friday. "I intend to ask the court for some (psychiatric) testing."
