Does anyone know of a company that will send a crew of guys out to unload a moving truck? I was going to try to do it myself, but I am coming to the realization that I am too old and fat for that kind of exertion.

I have not used them, but noticed that when I rented a uhaul, they have an ad placed in the vehicle. I did visit the site, and it seems very straight forward, and not that expensive.
