I'm actually thinking of having WM drop a small dumpster here. I have so much junk. Looks like about $3k to have everything packed & moved.

I know of a single mom that is looking for some furniture at a reasonable price and TV's for the kids. You selling anything in the lines of that?

Will WM bring you a small dumpster? The only thing I could find was a 30yd biggy for a total of close to $500.
