Moving the Motel 6?

Anyone know if they are moving the Motel 6 to the new construction next to the VFW on 235 just north of Rte 4? I see that the old one is closed down and fenced off and it looks like the new construction is a small-ish hotel/motel.

The property is owned by Three Notch Hospitality so possibly.

Closed and Fenced off for the old one? It's Tent camping only if you can get into the fence!
