Moving to New Neighborhood....advice

I have a friend who is house hunting and found a nice neighborhood in Lexington Park just past Pax River....I know there are some bad areas but Waldorf is where she is now....so....enuf said.

Can anyone tell me...is it THAT bad, she has no children, they are grown and gone, so it is just her and hubby and they pretty much get along with everyone. (except for the trash that is in Waldorf now)

Shush, Chasey. You start talking nicey-nice about living south of the base, and everyone will want to move down here with us, and then our easy traffic commute and pleasant living will go downhill fast.
