Bredar today sentenced MS-13 gang member Albaro Rosa Moreno, a/k/a Slow, age 24, of Silver Spring, Maryland, to 30 years in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release for conspiracy to participate in a racketeering enterprise, in connection with his gang activities, including two murders.
