U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis today sentenced Kevin Alexis Hernandez-Guevara, aka “Stop,” age 22, a citizen of El Salvador illegally residing in Elizabethtown, New Jersey, to 292 months in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release, for a federal racketeering conspiracy relating to his participation in the activities of the gang known as La Mara Salvatrucha, or MS-13, including murder and drug dealing.
