The Maryland State Education Association (MSEA) is set to visit Charles County Public Schools (CCPS), Friday, March 8, in honor of Read Across America Month. Representatives from MSEA are set to visit Dr. Thomas L. Higdon Elementary School to donate books for the school’s use purchased through a grant by the National Education Association (NEA).
