FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: March 4, 2026​

On 2/20/2026, TFC Eckrich was at a residence on Longview Boulevard, Bushwood, MD investigating an assault when one of the subjects, identified as Tristan Giovanni Logue, 26 of Bushwood, MD, assaulted TFC Eckrich. Logue was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center where he was charged with Second Degree Assault and Second Degree Assault on Law Enforcement.



On 2/27/2026, Tpr Pifer was at a residence on Nicholas Court, Great Mills, MD investigating a verbal domestic dispute when one of the subjects, identified as Dawayne Anthony Harvell, 32 of Great Mills, MD, assaulted a St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant. Harvell was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center where he was charged with Second Degree Assault.



On 3/2/2026, Sr Tpr Oyler conducted a traffic stop on Three Notch Road at Loveville Road, Mechanicsville, MD. Standard Field Sobriety Tests were conducted, completed unsatisfactorily, and the driver of the vehicle, identified as Jason Michael Wood, 37 of Mechanicsville, MD was arrested. A search incident to arrest revealed suspected Percocet, Crack Cocaine and associated paraphernalia. Wood was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center where he was charged with Possession of CDS: Not Cannabis x2 and Possession of CDS: Paraphernalia x2. He was also issued numerous traffic citations.

• On 2/22/2026, Nandi Juanita Brown, 54 of Leonardtown, MD was arrested by TFC Eckrich
• On 2/22/2026, Lauren Nicole Harper, 26 of Dameron, MD was arrested by Tpr Herman
• On 2/26/2026, Jordan Isaiah Moore, 25 of Lexington Park, MD was arrested by Tpr Olayanju
• On 2/27/2026, Anthony Dewayne Collins, 38 of Saint Inigoes, MD was arrested by Tpr Peterson
• On 3/1/2026, Elijah Tobias Rice, 27 of Port Republic, MD was arrested by Tpr Herman
• On 3/1/2026, Chelsie-Marie Johnson, 28 of Lexington Park, MD was arrested by TFC Piscopo-Bann
• On 3/1/2026, Amanda Elizabeth Green, 29 of Lexington Park, MD was arrested by Tpr Olayanju
• On 3/2/2026, Jason Michael Wood, 37 of Mechanicsville, MD was arrested by Sr Tpr Oyler

The following people were arrested for Open Warrants:

• On 2/24/2026, Roshanna Denise Griffin-Walker, 23 of Leonardtown, MD was arrested by Tpr Olayanju for FTA: Driving without a required license
• On 2/25/2026, Darren Leon Smith, 58 of Lexington Park, MD was arrested by TFC Phelps for FTA: Driving without a required license
• On 2/26/2026, Glenn Bernard Tippett, 66 of Mechanicsville, MD was arrested by TFC Piscopo-Bann for FTA: Driving without a required license
• On 2/27/2026, Martrel Aloysius Mason, 25 of Lexington Park, MD was arrested by TFC Phelps for First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault and Crime of Violence – Pregnant Person
• On 3/3/2026, Michael Dwayne Baugher, 50 of Bushwood, MD was arrested by TFC Oliva Flores for FTA: Driving vehicle while under the influence of alcohol
