"utilman" When I look at properties, it says it's an exe file
"Utilman.exe.mui" When I google, it says it's a "multilingual user interface.
Okay, here's what I'm trying to do at the command (cmd) prompt:
I'm trying to rename utilman.exe => utilman2.exe so that it remains in place as a copy.
Then, I want to copy the cmd file so that it becomes the utilman.exe file. Tracking.
So basically, when you boot up the computer, and you need to change the password from outside the windows environment, what used to be the utility button (next to the power button) that allowed you to used the magnifier or whatever else that button did (ease of access), now allows you to change your password because it's now the cmd button.
I think I don't need to do anything with the mui file, but it threw me for a loop.
