Muscle building question

Are there any trainers in this forum? I have a question about a workout plan im starting and how I have been busting my butt with no results.

Are there any trainers in this forum? I have a question about a workout plan im starting and how I have been busting my butt with no results.

Hola!

1. What have you been doing? Be specific. What do you do? If this is strength training, what percent of your max weight are you doing? How many reps? What exercises? How many times per week are you doing this? How long does each session last? What other exercise are you doing outside of this plan, if any.

2. Nutrition. What are you eating? Mostly carbs, mostly protein, a balance, not tracking it? Eating twice a day big, or many times small?

3. What results were you expecting to see that you haven't.

If you give me this information, I will provide you with feedback based on my fitness accreditations, good judgement, and current fitness trends, none of which constitute medical advice or direction (got that?)

I am looking forward to this converation.
