Music help please....

Is there a program out there, that will adjust the volume of my music on my computer? Some songs play real low and others will blast you out of your seat. I would like to download them on my Ipod to play at my office but the volume issue is crazy! If so, can you recommend a program? Thanks!!!

In the settings menu for your iPod, there should be an option called Sound Check. If you switch that on, it will adjust the volumes of different songs so that they play at roughly the same level. iTunes has the same option (for playback on the computer) - from the menu at the top, go to Preferences and then select the Playback tab.
