An Engine and a Squad, why the Truck on PI?

If it's reported with entrapment, they add the next due tool. Kind of weird though, only Leonardtown is recognized like that. Mechanicsville, Bay District, Ridge, (not sure about the seventh), Valley Lee and Hollywood all have additional tools, but they aren't reocgnized as 'tools' because they're technically only a combi-tool. I think Truck 1 has a full tool kit on it though, so.

So, let me guess.... this guy got a sobriety test sometime last night....

Not that I'm aware of. I listened to the police side until they switched over, and they hadn't said anything about alcohol.
