1051; Fireboard advises in the area of New Market Texaco. Northbound lanes. Driver was still in the vehicle.

1053; Sheriff's office confirms one trapped.
1054; Medic 291 on the scene
1054; EMT on the scene advises Category B flyout. Medic 291 will make the determination
1055; Squad 2 on the scene, vehicle off the roadway, in the H&R block parking lot, on it's side
1056; With the exception of Chief 2A, entire assignment is on scene

1059; Nothing back on the flyout
1059; EMS advises Category A flyout
1101; Priority 2, Cat A flyout
1102; Trooper 7 enroute, 15 minutes, LZ at the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home. Starting the second engine.
