Initially the call was for vehicle vs 4-wheeler, then the officer who arrived said there was no 4-wheeler.

"Typical White Person"
It was like a dark blue carpet van or similar vs. a light brown or tan Accord or something similar to an Accord, the van was struck in the rear drivers side and the car's front end was all mashed up. A middle aged looking white woman was still sitting in the car when I passed it. Fuel was all over the road.

Only thing I can figure is the van pulled right out in front of the Accord from driveway right there.
