There's a stream there...although not deep..on the southbound side.

I missed which side of 4 and I'm not sure about the vehicle description so I'm not going to post about that.

They asked for reconstruction, then said they did not need it.

I passed it about 2:30. Truck's roof was completely caved into the passenger area. They were about to haul it onto the flatbed when I passed.
