On scene command requesting Ambulance continue in for back & leg injury. The Ambulnace ended up getting a Signed Refusal.
Small the small amount of chatter I am getting I am assuming the accident is not serious.
0235: A tow truck has been called out at the owner's request. And the road has been partially closed down for the moment
