Medleys Neck Rd in the area of Our Lady Rectory. Reported Burch Oil truck overturned leaking oil
0952; Squad 1 reports heavy entrapment of the driver, with an active fuel oil leak
0954; Five digit will be 41348 Medleys Neck Rd
0955; Deputies vehicle blocking the road for fire apparatus
0955; MDE contacted for leak, SHA contacted for traffic
0956; HM181 advises ground is saturated with fuel oil, unable to determine how much has leaked
0956; Leak is in a drainage ditch that is leading to a creek
0957; Creek has not been compromised yet
0959; Two crews extricating, two crews attempting to control the leak
1000; Patient has been extricated
1001; Still trying to find where the leak is coming from, unable to locate
1002; If MDE has an extended ETA, request Hazmat 16 from Charles County and Burch Oil to begin pump off of product
1002; Requesting helo Cat B, Priority 2
1004; 2300 gallons of fuel oil on the truck, one visible leak possibly from a saddle tank
1004; Upper corner of a tank has a leak as well

1006; Requesting SHA for sand due to fuel oil all over the road
1008; Weld on the bottom of the tank has been compromised
