Way to go Ovie, voting wasnt even close for the Hart Trophy. He said he was more proud of the Pearson Trophy, which is a MVP trophy, voted on by the players themselves and not sports writers.
Tough luck for Mike Green losing out with the Norris Trophy, but congrats to both Ovie and Green for making first team All Star.
The future is bright.

Green didn't deserve the Norris, but to get a top 3 nomination was accolades enough.

I differ there with Green, he had a awesome year, he only came up short by 52 votes, 1034 for Chara and 982 for Greenie.

Alot of those Pen fans proably dont agree with Ovie, they would rather see Cindy or Malikin. Heck Cindy wasnt even in the running for MVP.

Greens offensive yea was one of the best in a long long time, his defensive year was above average.

I think the Norris should of went to Lindstrom again.
